The successful applicant must be available to work day shifts and weekends. MAIN PURPOSE OF POSITION: To support management and take the required responsibility in ensuring the fresh foods department is profitable, operates efficiently, effectively, and hygienically to ensure safe food commensurate with the highest standards of service and products.
