We are looking for a competitive, professional, and trustworthy Digital Marketing Manager. Someone with experience in SEO & PPC to join our digital team; as a Digital Marketing Manager we'll tap into your expertise.
The role, responsibilities and expectations Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, email marketing, display ads, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay Per Click (PPC)Building and maintaining a brand's presence across social media channelsCreating, executing and monitoring marketing campaign budgetsCollaborating with media and sales teams to improve marketing resultsMeasuring key performance metrics, including website traffic, audience engagement, service quotas, bounce rate and ad spend return on investmentCoordinating and identifying innovative growth strategiesPreparing reports on the performance of marketing campaignsUsing advanced analytics software to identify customer touchpoints and assess end-to-end customer experience across diverse digital channels.Generating a continuous flow of leads for our 2x Telesales Executives to follow up dailyGenerating a steady flow of existing customer communications via monthly newsletters and emailsManaging a marketing team as the business continues to growPerfecting automation across our several platforms (website, CRM, customer portal)To be considered...Experience and skills essential to the role: Google Ads certification(s)Minimum of 2 years' experience in paid search, campaign set up, management of multiple client accounts, account optimisationExperience in social advertisingEducated to degree level – or have relevant work experienceSome experience managing a team (min. 1 person)Excellent numerical and written communication skillsHigh level of proficiency with managing and interpreting campaign data - budgeting, reporting, analysis, troubleshooting, optimisationAnalytical and comfortable working with spreadsheetsStrong understanding of Google Ads, Google Merchant Centre, Google Analytics & Search Console and other industry toolsAble to work well under pressure and have excellent multi-tasking skillsExperience with automation between different platforms (website, CRM, customer portal)Experience and skills desirable to the role: Working in a client-facing PPC account management roleKnowledge of email marketing campaigns and tools (e.g. MailChimp)Experience of website content management systems (CMS) Knowledge of SEO best practices, on-site and off-site SEOAgency experienceBenefits and package Salary starting £30k per year25 days holidayEligible for discretionary performance bonus, based on campaign success (to be finalised)Register with us today and receive job alerts and email notifications
