Dutch Speaker , Customer Service Specialist - Galway

Customer Service Specialist Location: Parkmore, Galway Our client, a Galway based Global Operations Hub, is currently looking to hire a Customer Service Specialist with fluent Dutch.
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact, dealing with customers across Europe.
Responsibilities Process orders received via email, phone, or directly through our online system.Follow up and maintain open orders on a daily basis.Investigate and resolve any order processing issues reported by customers.Ensure customer details and any changes are up to date in the system.Stay informed on products, special requirements, and promotions.Carry out duties in compliance with established business policies and procedures.Perform other duties and projects as assigned.Requirements Fluency in Dutch, with French also desired but not mandatory.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Previous customer service experience.Eagerness and willingness to learn.Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with IT systems.Strong attention to detail.SAP or other ERP system experience will be an advantage.This role will be located in Galway.
It is initially a 12-month temporary contract with Cpl.
Working days are Monday to Friday, with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote.
