Duty Manager

Dromoland Castle Hotel is currently recruiting for a Full Time Duty Manager.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic motivated and hardworking.
The duty manager will assist with the daily operations and smooth running of the hotel ensuring an excellent 5* service is provided to all guests.
Working Schedule is 5 over 7 days Monday to Sunday, flexibility may be required pending business levels.
Overview of the Role:    Carrying out duty management shifts.
Provide a consistent high quality and delivery of standards of the hotel with a personalised focussed on our guests.
Actively involved in all departments in a 'hands on' capacity.
Operational training on a regular basis is carried out.
Maintaining a visible presence in the Front of House areas.
To ensure that good communication exists with Senior Management and each department and that you regularly liaise with each department throughout the day to ensure that operations run smoothly.
  The ideal candidate: Have relevant 3rd level qualification in Hotel Management or equivalent.
Previous experience working in 4 or 5* star properties in a management capacity.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to lead and motivate.
Excellent attention to detail.
