Little Toppers, located in County Kildare, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Childcare Practitioner / Early Years Educator to join our team on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education to young children while fostering their development in a nurturing environment.
Responsibilities: Manage your own room within the childcare facility.Carry out observations of children's development and behaviour.Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and curriculum.Maintain open and effective communication with parents, children, and fellow staff members.Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of the childcare facility.Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for children.Adhere to all health, safety, and childcare regulations and guidelines.Requirements: QQI Level 5 or 6 qualification in Childcare.Proven experience working in a childcare setting.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.Ability to manage own workload and work effectively as part of a team.Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care.Ability to work Monday to Friday on a full-time basis.Benefits: Competitive hourly rate of up to €16 per hour.Full-time, permanent position with opportunities for professional growth and development.Opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children and their families.Supportive and collaborative work environment.
