Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children's development in line with Aistear and Síolta frameworks. Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and team members. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment. Collaborate with fellow educators to share ideas, best practices, and innovative approaches to learning. Requirements: Minimum QQI Level 5 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent (Level 6 or higher an advantage). A genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to their learning and well-being. Ideally, prior experience working in a childcare or early education setting.
