We are seeking dedicated and qualified Early Childhood Development Specialists to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for the education and development of children in our care, ensuring that high standards are maintained in accordance with Aistear and Siolta frameworks. Experience in High Scope is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality educational programs that adhere to Aistear and Siolta standards.Engage in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational activities.Utilise file-keeping software (e.g., Salesforce) to maintain accurate records of children's progress and other relevant documentation.Evaluate the outcomes of your work and continuously seek ways to improve educational practices.Collaborate closely with the ECDS Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the program.Qualifications and Experience: Must have a FETAC Level 6, 7, or 8 childcare qualification.Proven experience in early childhood education, particularly in delivering education that meets Aistear and Siolta standards.Experience with the High Scope curriculum is a distinct advantage.Familiarity with file-keeping software such as Salesforce.Strong evaluative and reflective practice skills.Salary ranging from €26,621 to €42,296 (Grade 3) Send your CV to ******
