Electrical/Mechanical Technician (Healthcare Services Industry)
We're hiring Electro Mechanical Technician/Maintenance Engineer to join our client who's a rapidly growing global healthcare services company is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join their team. With a strong presence across multiple regions, this company is a trusted partner to leading pharma and medtech manufacturers, helping improve patient access to medicines and treatments worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance on automated equipment such as storage/retrieval systems, labelling equipment, conveyors, and HVAC systems.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment, including PLC-controlled systems and pneumatic controls.Coordinate maintenance activities, schedule repairs, and update maintenance management systems.Support the production team in meeting performance targets, monitor equipment efficiency, and address performance issues promptly.Collaborate with equipment suppliers for installation, modification, and repairs of new systems.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and participate in regular safety audits.Assist with new equipment commissioning and work closely with the validation team.Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and ensure all tasks adhere to quality standards.Requirements:
Experience in maintaining automated equipment and systems.Strong troubleshooting skills, especially with PLC programs.Knowledge of health and safety practices in a plant environment.Ability to work independently and take initiative in resolving faults.Excellent communication and record-keeping skills.This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an innovative and collaborative team within a rapidly expanding organization.
