Electrical Supervisor

Electrical Supervisor Tralee, Kerry (Pharma Project) Permanent Salary 60k+, additional benefits DOE.
Optimize is working with one of Irelands leading Engineering Groups who are recruiting for an Electrical Site Supervisor to oversee site operations, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and contribute to the successful delivery of a large-scale Pharma project.
Requirements/Education: Recognised electrical apprenticeship or trade cert with 3+ years of site supervision experience.
Proven track record managing electrical site works in large, complex projects.
Strong knowledge of HSEQ requirements and site safety compliance.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and engage with clients.
Ability to manage schedules, address challenges, and ensure top-quality delivery.
Duties/Responsibilities: Assist in planning construction programmes and coordinating site set-up.
Supervise subcontractors to ensure efficient progress and quality workmanship.
Manage daily site operations, including productivity, HSEQ, and people management.
Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination between trades.
Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies.
Ensure quality standards are met with zero snags at handover.
