An Amazing Career Opportunity for a End User Business Development Manager! Job ID: 33776 We are recruiting for a End User Business Development Manager to join our team!
Reporting to the European Business Development Director, you will build a pipeline of new Enterprise opportunities and will be assigned Named End user Accounts within your given region and ensure all growth targets are achieved.
You will be expected to support and collaborate across the whole team to develop business and drive project specification.

As our End User Business Development Manager, you will support HID's success by: Build a pipeline of new Enterprise opportunities from the fortune 2000Field based position with 60% of your time spent travelling and visiting customersManage & develop assigned named end user accounts within your region.Ability to close opportunities in order to achieve targetsDevelop and execute the Account Strategy for all end user accounts, including account plansIntroduce the latest products and solutions to all opportunitiesSupport and deliver training to consultants and specifiers in region where required.Conduct regular market analysis to determine the customer's needsRepresent the company at trade shows, customer events and association meetingsCollaborate across different business areas in HID to efficiently deliver solutions to meet customer needsMaintain end user & consultant details, activities and opportunities using CRMMaintain up to date knowledge of all HID Products and competitive productsPrepare and submit accurate forecasts on a regular basis using the tools providedWhat we will love about your background: Excellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work as a self-starter, but also work effectively as part of a teamHands on attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects, successfully prioritizingAbility to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards.Excellent Planning, Prioritizing and organization skills with the ability to adhere to deadlinesShow good initiative and enthusiasmWork calmly under pressureCustomer first approach with a clear can-do attitude.Your Experience and Education include: Bachelor's degree or EquivalentA minimum of 5 years' experience managing key accountsDemonstrable ability to hit sales targetsPrevious experience of selling Physical Access Control solutions would be an advantage.Experience in a solution selling environment specifically Saas and/or Cloud based licensing models would be desirable.Experience in using Salesforce or similar CRM platform.Why apply?
