Keywords is an international technical services provider to the global games industry.
Established in 1998 in Dublin and now with operations in 13 studios across 10 countries, it provides integrated services for localisation, testing, audio, art creation and customer support in over 40 languages and 12 game platforms to the world's largest games publishers and developers.
The English Copywriter and Editor position will be based at Keywords International Limited HQ in South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland.
As a Copywriter and Editor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our public and internal knowledge content.  Key Responsibilities Player-facing Content  Content Maintenance: Actively manage and refresh content on our Self Help Portal to keep our community engaged and informed.  Content Creation: Develop new articles that are not only informative but also resonate with the playful and engaging tone of our games.  Agent-facing Support  Knowledge Articles: Ensure information is precise, accessible, and uniformly presented across all platforms.   Template Creation: Continuously develop and update FAQs and pre-written responses for customer service efficiency.  Additional Responsibilities  Language & Structure Improvement  Serve as the team's expert in English language and structural integrity of content.  Enhance the clarity, flow, and engagement of text produced by the team.
Content Management  Conduct regular reviews to assure content accuracy and relevance.  Apply meticulous attention to detail to eradicate grammatical and spelling errors while refining the overall content structure.  Team Collaboration and Support  Mentor team members, enhancing their instructional writing and English language skills.  Requirements English Language  Native-level proficiency (C2) with exceptional ability in both written and spoken forms.  Writing and Editing  Extensive experience in content creation, with a portfolio demonstrating a range of writing styles and contexts.   Advanced skills in content editing and proofreading.
Communication Skills  Excellent ability to convey complex information clearly and engagingly across diverse audiences.   Organizational Skills  Proven capability to manage documentation and track policy changes effectively.   Proactive in completing tasks and updating systems.  Tool Knowledge  Comfortable with MS Excel/Google Sheets, MS Word/Google Docs.  Experience managing content in a Knowledge Base environment.  Other  Quick learner, adept at mastering new tools and processes.  Team-oriented, able to collaborate effectively with a globally dispersed team.  Date Posted: 22 January 2025 Role Information: EN Studio: Keywords Studios Location: Europe, Ireland, Dublin Area of Work: Localization Service: Globalize Employment Type: Permanent Working Pattern: Full Time, Hybrid
