You take pride in helping customers find solutions in a timely efficient and empathetic manner.This great opportunity involves assisting customers with their queries over the phone regarding their US Healthcare plans.
Paid training will provide you the knowledge to answer questions on our member's pharmacy plans and coverage.
It is essential for you to be patient and empathetic.Hours of Operation- This program hour of operations range from 2:00PM - Midnight Local time.
You would be provided an 8 hour shift within the timeframe, 39 hour work week.
Flexibility with schedules will be required.Working Setup- This position has flexibility on the working setup.
Based on your preference and qualification you can choose to work from home, onsite or a hybrid type setup.Job Requirements:Professionally handle a high volume of incoming callsThoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs and educate customers where applicable regarding products and servicesAbility to utilize and navigate multiple systems simultaneouslyBe dependable and meet all attendance requirementsResolve customer issues via one call resolution guidelines and/or escalated processMeet or exceed company and client performance metricsMaintain a balance between company policy and client benefit in decision makingContinuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our client and its customersResponsible for call disposition or compiling and documenting customer information as requiredAbility to accept and embrace changes within the current business environmentQualifications:Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers, especially senior citizensStrong decision making and analytical abilitiesAbility to identify customer needs and clearly articulate products and servicesSchedule flexibility to include weekends, evenings, possible holidays and occasional overtimeHighly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfactionMeet all attendance and dependability requirementsBe a team playerOur unique approach means we're looking for unique people.
