My client, one of Ireland's leading multi-disciplinary environmental consultancy firms, is looking for an experienced Environmental Consultant with 3+ years of experience. Based in Dublin and Cork, this successful and growing consultancy works on some of the country's largest development projects across various industries. We handle planning, licensing, sustainability, acoustics, biodiversity, air quality, odour control, hydrogeology, contaminated land, environmental monitoring, and waste management projects.
Your Role: You will work on Environmental Impact Assessment Reports (EIARs) and demonstrate flexibility in handling diverse projects with unique challenges. Managing your workload effectively while maintaining high attention to detail and quality is crucial. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines and budgets are essential.
Experience Needed: Minimum of three years' experience in the environmental services consultancy sector.Degree qualified (or higher) in environmental science, environmental engineering, or a related field.Familiarity with EIA legislation in Ireland.Competent in technical report writing.
