Mount Juliet Estate, a luxurious 5-star property in Ireland's esteemed Autograph Marriott Collection, is seeking a passionate and experienced Equestrian Centre Manager.

The Role: As the Equestrian Centre Manager, you will lead the operations of Mount Juliet's renowned Equestrian Centre and oversee an array of associated activities.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring expertise in equine care, activity coordination, health and safety compliance, and team management.
You'll also integrate storytelling and the estate's heritage into all guest interactions, creating unforgettable experiences.

Key Responsibilities: Equestrian Operations: Oversee horse care, stables, and arenas, ensuring the highest standards of welfare and safety. Health & Safety: Develop and enforce safety protocols across all activities and facilities. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service. Storytelling: Incorporate Mount Juliet's unique history into guest interactions and activity planning. Facility Management: Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure they meet luxury hospitality standards. Collaboration: Work closely with hotel departments to enhance the overall guest journey. What We're Looking For: Proven experience managing an equestrian facility or activity centre in a hospitality setting. Strong equine care knowledge, with a focus on welfare and regulatory compliance. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Familiarity with health and safety practices in equestrian and recreational activities.
