The Role: As the Equestrian Centre Manager, you will lead the operations of Mount Juliet's renowned Equestrian Centre and oversee an array of associated activities.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring expertise in equine care, activity coordination, health and safety compliance, and team management.

Key Responsibilities: Equestrian Operations: Oversee horse care, stables, and arenas, ensuring the highest standards of welfare and safety. Health & Safety: Develop and enforce safety protocols across all activities and facilities. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service. What We're Looking For: Proven experience managing an equestrian facility or activity centre in a hospitality setting. Strong equine care knowledge, with a focus on welfare and regulatory compliance. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Familiarity with health and safety practices in equestrian and recreational activities.
