Key Responsibilities: • Manage executive calendars, calls, emails, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Take meeting minutes and coordinate follow-up actions to ensure timely execution.
• Assist in project planning and execution of select initiatives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
• Act as the key liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
• Handle ad hoc administrative tasks and support evolving business needs.
