This role involves servicing and maintaining coffee equipment for a diverse client base, ensuring high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction.
Duties: Diagnose and repair coffee equipment, ensuring optimal setup and consistent quality.
Coordinate with the central call centre to provide timely updates and keep customers informed.
Follow on-site procedures and safety protocols, conducting necessary risk assessments.
Complete all job-related documentation accurately before leaving the site.
Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle, reporting any issues promptly.
Manage spare parts inventory using a hand-held device.Requirements: Experience in coffee and vending machines, white goods, or a similar field.
Strong problem-solving skills with an electrical/mechanical background.
Excellent customer service skills.
Computer literate with a clean driving license.
Self-motivated and flexible with work hours and location.
