Why we need you: We are seeking an Accounting / Finance graduate looking to grow their skill set and develop their career in a supportive environment. The role will have full responsibility of the invoicing and accounts receivable function as well as an opportunity to work in other areas of the finance team. This is a broad role where you will become an invaluable member of the finance team.
What you will do: Be responsible for the invoicing to customers from start to finish - raising order forms to customers, preparing invoices, send statements, settlement of invoices, updating the CRM.
Be responsible for the reconciliation of usage on the platform and preparation of invoices when needed for additional usage.
Assist in preparation on internal management information and management reporting.
Assist in the data quality of the CRM system.
Assist in any internal projects to streamline and digitalise the finance department.
