Finance Manager (Group Function)

Based within the group finance team and reporting to an impressive Head of Finance, it involves managing and mentoring a team, meeting deadlines, owning the control framework and driving process improvements. We are looking for a finance professional who likes meeting deadlines, improving process and mentoring and leading a team." – Head of Finance ABOUT THE ROLE Responsible for coordinating the group functions close processes.Manage the preparation of GL and subledger reconciliations.Contribute to establishing a culture of continuous improvement.Partner with stakeholders across finance and the business to drive successful solutions and change implementation.Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory obligations.ABOUT THE PERSON Qualified accountant with 4+ years PQE.Proven experience in managing teams and processes, including process enhancements.Excellent communication and relationship management skills with the ability to influence.A creative problem solver with a proactive mindset.
