Spencer - Richardson are pleased to be retained by one of the UK & Europe's leading security specialists in their search for a new General Manager to lead operations and drive growth in Ireland.

The Ireland business is part of a wider group of companies that offer a range of services and solutions around the provision of protection for people, property, and assets, from over 50 locations across the UK and Europe.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and ambitious general manager, with strong sales and business development experience to both win new contracts as well as maintain and build on existing.

Reporting to the UK & Ireland CEO, the successful GM will have an ability to inspire their teams and with full P&L responsibility will understand how to drive business growth through increased revenue and profit.
With clients spanning Northern to Southern Ireland from 2 depots, the role will be based near Dublin and will require some travel.

Key Responsibilities: Maximise profitable revenue by understanding and reacting to market conditions, enabling the business to reach its potential.
Lead a high-performing and lean team, providing guidance, mentorship and support.
Foster a collaborative and innovative culture and continuous learning within the team.
Customer Relationship Management - build and maintain relationships with key customers, truly understanding their needs and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Support the strategy execution of the Group - maintaining business objectives and drive revenue growth.
Make data-driven decisions, utilising the analytics tools as your disposal for the best interests of your team and the business.
Manage the P&L and work closely with the Finance Team for revenue forecasting and reporting performance, identifying key opportunities for growth.
Lead with integrity, transparency, and adhere to the highest ethical standards across the organisation.
Conduct regular competitive intelligence analysis to assess pricing, positions and identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
