Red D is delighted to present an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated and accomplished hospitality professional to join a new Lifestyle Hotel in Dublin, as General Manager.

Key Responsibilities: Elevate guest experiences by surpassing expectations with personalized service and attention to detail.
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance revenue and guest satisfaction.
Guide and mentor a talented team with a focus on excellence in recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
Uphold health and safety standards while maintaining compliance with industry best practices and company policies.
Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and innovation.
Cultivate strong relationships with guests, suppliers, local businesses, and the wider community.
Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Qualifications and Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a General Manager or Hotel Manager in a similar hotel environment.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with a passion for motivating and guiding teams.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Proven track record of exceeding revenue and profit targets while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
Familiarity with industry regulations, including health and safety, food and beverage, and environmental sustainability.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic setting and manage multiple priorities effectively.
