The opportunity: We are seeking an Apprentice Gluing Machine Operator to train and perform all duties of a Machine Operator, including make ready and effective running of the gluing machines to their optimum potential. The role involves ensuring stringent adherence to quality standards, delivering a quality product to customers on time, and working safely in compliance with established safe systems. Additionally, the candidate will lead a small work crew.
