The main purpose of the role as a Fixing Operator who will be responsible for effective operation, maintenance, and Improvement of Process. Standards and Controls.
This role requires full flexibility to train on other machines when and if required. The applicant must be flexible for all shift patterns in place, or any future shifts developed at the site.
Your Role

Duties and Responsibilities
Uphold all health and safety rules and procedures that are in place.
Analysing quality, production, and process potentials
Monitor performance and compliance to routines and standards.
Maximise work output and minimised unplanned downtime and maximise conformance to schedule.
Ensure compliance to all quality systems to prevent sub-standard products reaching the customer
Maintain high standards of housekeeping and hygiene across the shopfloor
Reporting of any incidents, breakdowns, or delays to Department Manager in a timely manner.
Responsible for the productivity of your shift in a timely and safe environment.
Flexibility to operate or train on all Fixing machines
Work in adherence to SOPs for this role
Compliant with all company and group policies

Your Profile

Essential Education, Qualification and Experience
Ability to organise and manage schedules issued.
Attention to detail and good organizational skills
Ability to handle a busy workload and deliver results on time in a challenging role
Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to prioritise and multi-task
Enthusiastic attitude and quick learner
Previous machine operator experience
