Goods Inwards Manager- Day Time Hours

Excel Recruitment are currently seeking a dedicated and efficient individual to join our clients team as a Supermarket Back Store's Manager.
As an essential part of our clients store operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the back store area and supporting the overall efficiency of the supermarket.
Your primary tasks will involve assisting with stock management, inventory control, and general back store duties.
Working Hours: The working hours for this position are morning shiftds, 5 days over a 7-day week.
You will be expected to work on a shift basis as per the schedule provided by the store management.
Hours: 42 working hours per week Salary: €30k-€37k depending on experience Location: Cork Responsibilities: Assist with receiving, unloading, and organising stock deliveries Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records Ensure products are properly labelled and stored in designated areas Monitor stock levels and communicate with the front store team to coordinate replenishment Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organised back store area Follow established procedures for stock rotation and expiry date management Requirements: Prior experience in FIFO system is preferred Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently and efficiently Excellent communication and teamwork skills Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and heavy lifting (manual handing training provided) If you are interested in this job or any other job opportunities on the Excel Recruitment website, then please apply via the link below.
