Group Finance Manager

HireForce is working with a very successful International Manufacturing Group, which has experienced significant growth in recent years across Europe. They now have a requirement for a Group Finance Manager to join their finance team. Responsibilities include the following: Monthly consolidation accounting Drive process improvements to reduce month-end close time while maintaining accuracy Support and manage improvements in controls across the Group working closely with site Financial Controllers and cross-functionally Support and drive improvement in P&L analysis and reporting on a consolidated basis Assist in the management of internal and external audits Work closely with Commercial, Supply Chain and Finance teams to ensure gross margin and net profit are accurately are being captured Requirements: This person ideally would be a qualified accountant ( 4+ PQE) Drive operational and process improvements Strong financial reporting and technical accounting skills. Exceptional communication skills and strong at building cross functional relationships. Willingness to get stuck in and learn the business. Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
