eFlexes is currently hiring a Guest Relations Assistant for a client based in Co Clare, known for offering visitors an immersive journey into the countrys history. Your main role will involve ensuring that all visitors receive outstanding service during their visit. Key Responsibilities: Engage proactively with visitors to facilitate a smooth and enjoyable experience. Manage queues, interact with Group Leads, and coordinate with Booked Groups to ensure efficient flow through the Admissions area. Coordinate with Sales & Reservations for on-site events. Serve as the main point of contact for on-site inquiries. Handle Jaunting Cars and other attraction bookings, diaries, and schedules. Manage VIP groups effectively. Provide guidance to visitors with limited time to optimize their experience. Facilitate communication between Arrivals and Operations teams. Organize daily tour schedules for visitors. Collaborate with the hospitality team to arrange bookings and sightseeing ventures. Upsell bookings not made in advance. Oversee management of special occasions and upsell special occasion packages. Coordinate banquet bookings. Monitor and respond to online guest comments from platforms like and Trip Advisor. Administer Lost & Found procedures. Manage lost persons protocols. Schedule visitor classes, such as butter making sessions, upon request. Assist visitors with queries before and after their arrival. Make announcements as needed using the public address system. Support management during seasonal events like Christmas and parades. Handle and resolve visitor complaints effectively. Requirements: Strong organizational and communication skills.
