Our client, a leading Irish cosmetics company, is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join their team as the Head of Brand Strategy for their esteemed beauty brand.

The ideal candidate will develop and implement effective brand strategies aimed at fostering business expansion and elevating the brand's value.

Responsibilities: Create and execute brand strategies for enhanced brand awareness and customer engagement in the beauty industry.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling brand positioning and messaging that resonates with the target audience.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce impactful brand assets, including advertising materials, packaging, and product displays.
Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities in the beauty industry.
Manage brand marketing budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
Develop and implement integrated brand marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and events.
Monitor and analyze the performance of brand marketing campaigns, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including beauty influencers, industry experts, and media partners.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in brand marketing, particularly within the beauty sector.
Provide regular reports and analysis on brand marketing activities, including brand performance, customer insights, and competitor analysis.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of brand strategy or marketing, preferably in the beauty industry.
Strong understanding of the beauty industry, including consumer behaviour, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
Previous experience within retail FMCG is preferred.
Proven track record of successfully managing brand marketing campaigns and driving brand growth.
Passion for beauty products and a deep understanding of the target audience.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Creative mindset with the ability to think innovatively for brand marketing strategies.
Proficient in digital marketing platforms and tools, including social media, SEO, and analytics.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
