We're looking for a professional with exceptional communication skills, experienced in developing a culture framework in a complex organisation, collaborative mindset and enthusiastic about supporting AXAs broader business goals.
This role plays a critical part in shaping the internal culture and employee experience while ensuring alignment with AXA's brand standards and values.
Reporting to the Director of Communications, Brand and Marketing, this role with Head of Colleague Culture & Brand will collaborate with teams across the AXA organisation to embed positive behaviours and build a culture of relentless customer focus, that ensures all AXA colleagues are proud brand advocates, who understand the business objectives and are motivated to deliver the business strategy and drive successful customer outcomes.
Manage a team of Communications Business Partners to support the leadership team in building a better culture by delivering regular communications around business strategy, performance, culture, customer engagement, colleague engagement, sustainability and diversity & inclusion Collaborate with the People Teams to build positive leadership behaviour by leveraging existing programmes, supporting leaders to shape internal perceptions of the company and create a culture of psychological safety and continuous improvement across the organisation.
Be a senior strategic advisor to key stakeholders across the business, to develop their long-term culture and engagement plans, and deliver a consistent customer-focused narrative for all colleagues, aligned with AXA's overall business strategy, purpose, values and behaviours.
Develop and execute a comprehensive colleague brand strategy aligned with AXA's values, vision, and business objectives.
Partner with the People Team to analyse and communicate colleague feedback, sentiment, and engagement data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and develop action plans accordingly.
Support business leaders with adopting engagement initiatives, action planning and improvement plans around these results to improve culture and operational strategies within their business areas.
Work with teams around the business (culture crew and catalyst teams for example) to influence and lead the evolution of our culture.
Partner with the People teams to develop strategic initiatives to embed the employee proposition, build capability, support wellbeing, drive Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) and position AXA as a great place to work.
Manage and oversee all in person and virtual colleague events with the Communications Business Partners such as fireside chats and leadership events.
About the Person Qualification in a relevant discipline such as Communications/PR/Change Management A successful track record, in leading comparable Engagement and Culture teams Experience of developing a culture framework to deliver a business strategy Significant experience in driving complex organisation and cultural transformation, with an ability to demonstrate the correlation between performance, behaviours and organisational culture Experience of engaging and working at the highest level of an organisation, CEO, Board and Executive team Adept at engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders, contributing positively and diplomatically challenging viewpoints Collaborative mindset, enthusiastic about supporting the broader business objectives A strong people leader with the ability to develop and motivate a team to deliver against the vision and deliver outcomes against multiple deadlines, amending plans in response to changing circumstances Exceptional communication skills, encompassing outstanding written, editing and presentation abilities At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers.
You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home at one of our main office locations of Dublin, Derry or Belfast.
