My client is currently recruiting for a Head of IT to join the team on a permanent basis. The Head of IT will lead digital transformation, driving innovation and optimizing technology to support organizational growth. Experience Required Proven track record in leading large-scale technology adoption and digital transformation within multi-site organizations. In-depth knowledge and experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS, including the deployment and optimization of Microsoft 365 tools. Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and integrate emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and advanced data analytics. Strong expertise in IT governance, cybersecurity risk management, and compliance with standards like ISO 27001 and GDPR. Significant experience in managing IT budgets, optimizing resources, and negotiating vendor agreements to achieve cost-efficient technology solutions. Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, aligning IT strategies with overall business objectives. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build alignment between technology initiatives and business goals. Proven experience in leading and mentoring diverse IT teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Solid knowledge of infrastructure development, ensuring scalability and resilience for business continuity. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven insights for strategic planning and decision-making.
