Head of Business Development, Marketing, and Communications Location: Dublin, Ireland Osborne Executive Search is working exclusively with a leading Irish professional services firm, to appoint a Head of Business Development, Marketing and Communication.
This role is positioned within the Business Support division, reporting to the Partner overseeing Business Development.
Leading a small team, the successful candidate will spearhead the strategic direction of all business development, marketing, and communications, ensuring alignment with the firms brand guidelines and budget.
Ideal applicants will bring a strong background in professional services, with exceptional business development and project management skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify new strategic areas of focus aligned with the firms goals.
Develop and implement Business Development and Client Relationship Plans, setting clear targets and tracking success.
Regularly review progress with senior partners, reprioritising as necessary.
Support the preparation of tenders, pitches, newsletters, brochures, website content, articles, and directory submissions.
Provide training in business development, networking, and presentation skills.
Marketing: Advise on and assist with the execution of marketing strategies, including CRM systems, website updates, social media, newsletters, articles, and directory submissions.
Events: Lead on the organisation of client events such as seminars, webinars, and networking gatherings.
Communications: Ensure consistent, effective internal and external communication of the firms strategic vision and services.
Skills and Experience: Substantial experience in business development, marketing, and communications, ideally within the professional services or legal sectors.
Proven success in driving business growth and achieving set targets.
Demonstrated leadership experience with a history of managing high-performing teams.
Preferable: Knowledge of the legal sector, including industry trends and client expectations.
Strong educational background demonstrating continuous professional improvement Expertise in client relationship management, especially with high-value clients.
Track record of successful marketing campaigns and communication strategies.
Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
Personal Attributes: Strategic, forward-thinking, with the ability to anticipate market trends.
Results-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
