Job Description: Head of Sales – Recruitment/Contracting IT/Business Contracting Our client transforms business through technology, delivering tailored enterprise solutions for clients from their offices in Cork, Dublin, and Amsterdam.
Supporting clients across the consulting areas of advisory, training, resourcing, software development, and managed services.

Our client is currently looking for a Head of Sales to join their rapidly expanding company.
The primary purpose of the Head of Sales opportunity will be to align and drive the organic sales strategy across the businesses and customers.
Also, to design, build and embed a robust sales organization and to ensure the appropriate structures and processes are in place to achieve the longer-term growth ambitions of the business.
Our client is looking for a high-end consultative seller, a charismatic, insightful, strategic, and operational excellence-focused commercial & client champion.
You will have a strong interest in driving sales, supporting sales teams, and ideally an understanding of contract recruitment.

Areas of Responsibilities Ability to have a vision and an ambition for the commercial business they are responsible for.
Provide regular reliable forecasts utilizing the company's data platforms and reporting capabilities.
Ability to convert strategy into a plan, into actions, and to execute them.
Promote and expand the company's commercial activity to generate revenues and sustainable growth.
Lead, manage and motivate sales teams to achieve revenue commitments.
Capacity to maximize profitability - increased value, increased productivity, and cost optimization.
Define the most effective delivery organization in line with the strategy.
Track and analyze all sales-related activities including customer visits, customer service activities, and pipeline management.
Contribute to the strategy development of the company & division they work for.
Customers Ability to understand the requirements of new and existing customers to ensure their needs are being met.
Ability to sell and close at C level.
Ability to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing).
Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders.
Ability to develop strategic account plans.
Ability to execute & measure achievements vs. plan.
Capacity to create the right positioning in line with the company strategy.
Ability to answer RFI - RFP - Bid in a professional and successful manner.
Ability to manage escalations/solution-oriented.
Monitoring Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes.
Set-up relevant KPIs for the business.
Control the business and take corrective actions.
Understand the financial KPIs and their business drivers.
Capacity to forecast.
Tools and Processes Understands the processes & drives business practices.
Understands the interactions between the business they are responsible for in relation to other business units and optimizes the workflows.
Abilities Working in a project mode vs. running mode.
Ability to think conceptually & act practically.
Authority - seen as an expert in their position - adds value to direct reports.
