This dairy herd consists of 300 cows and focuses on Friesian/Jersey crossbred spring calving. We are looking for a dedicated individual to manage the herd effectively and ensure optimal care and productivity.
Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the dairy farm.Manage feeding, milking, and health care of the herd.Implement training programs for farm assistants.Maintain farm equipment and facilities.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Minimum Requirements: Experience in dairy farming.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to work flexible hours.
