Temporary HR Administrator Position : HR Administrator (Temporary) Duration : 1 month Location : Bagenalstown, Co. Carlow Pay : €20 per hour Working Hours : 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday Start Date : Immediate Role Overview : We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Administrator to provide essential support to the HR team for a temporary period.
The successful candidate will assist in various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities : Maintain and update attendance records on TMS and Workday systems.
Monitor and manage clock-in and clock-out records for workers.
Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding uniform orders and queries.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining personnel files and processing documentation.
Assist the HR Generalist with day-to-day HR operations as required.
Handle other HR-related administrative duties to support the teams needs.
Requirements : Proven experience in a similar HR administrative role.
Proficiency in using TMS and Workday systems is essential.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently in a busy environment.
Professional and approachable demeanour, with strong communication skills.
Availability to start immediately.
