Primary Function/Goals/ObjectivesTo provide support to the site in the areas of talent management, compensation and benefits, organisation effectiveness, legislative compliance, employee records, HR best practice – policies and procedures, onboarding.To provide guidance and support to ensure harmonious employee relations.Major ResponsibilitiesTalent management, retention and development.Organisational Design and Effectiveness.Employment Legislation and Regulatory compliance.Compensation and Benefits.HRIS - employee records on Workday.Operational Excellence Culture.Drive a culture of harmonious employee relations.Support and Lead the philosophy of open communication and teamwork.Liaise with industry and academic institutes where necessary.EducationA Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resource Management or Business, and/or membership of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management.Background/Experience3 to 5 years related experience so that the incumbent can draw from previous experience and knowledge in guiding, advising and supporting the business in the issues that require Human Resource Support.Base PayThe base pay for this position is N/A.
