Genesis are seeking to hire a HR Business Partner to join its aircraft component trading subsidiary - ReGEN.
The HR Business Partner will work closely with management and employees within ReGEN, providing hands-on and strategic input, insight, and advice on people-related issues, talent management, employee relations, coaching/development, compensation, organizational development, and training.
The HR Business Partner will be responsible for establishing and driving HR programs/talent initiatives forward within the business, ensuring alignment with ReGEN's business objectives.
This is an excellent opportunity for the preferred candidate to liaise and work with multiple departments within a start-up aircraft parts trading business in a well-positioned aircraft leasing company, with strong long-term shareholders.
The role will be initially based in Dublin 18, with a relocation to Dublin Airport in Q1 2025.
Role and Responsibilities:HR Strategy: Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with organisational goals.Recruitment & Retention: Lead recruitment efforts across departments, ensuring that we attract, select, and retain the best talent.
Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.Workforce Planning: Assist with workforce planning to ensure the organisation is equipped with the right talent and skills to meet both current and future needs.Policy Implementation: Oversee the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practice standards.Performance Management: Support managers with performance management processes, helping to foster a culture of continuous development and accountability.HR Projects: Participate in and lead HR projects aimed at improving HR processes, systems, and employee experience.Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment law, data protection regulations, and Genesis policies.Employee Relations: Provide expert advice and support to management on complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.Skills and Experience:Minimum Level 8 Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.8+ years of experience in a HR role, with at least 2 years in a HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role.Proven experience working in Aircraft Leasing desirable but not essential.Strong knowledge of employment legislation, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.Demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.Experience in employee relations, performance management, and change management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and complex HR issues.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret HR data and use insights to support decision-making.Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
