Are you a strategic HR professional ready to make a significant impact? We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a dynamic company in the West of Ireland. In this role, you'll drive HR initiatives, support business objectives, and foster a positive work environment. If you excel in building strong relationships and implementing effective HR strategies, this opportunity is for you! Responsibilities: Provide strategic HR support and guidance to business units, aligning HR initiatives with company goals. Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures. Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires. Implement and monitor performance management programs, including appraisals and development plans. Advise managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness. Coordinate and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Analyse HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage employee relations and resolve conflicts. Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite.
