Cpl Recruitment are currently looking for a HRBP for a 12 month Contract role in Waterford. The role requires travel, so must have access to a vehicle and have a full clean driving license.
Responsibilities:Be a first point of contact for all HR related queries, providing superior customer service to all colleagues in line with employment law legislation and internal policies.Work closely with managers to ensure probationary periods are managed effectively.Administer benefits including time and attendance, benefits and pensions.Liaise with payroll monthly on coordinating.Ensure employee data is updated and maintained in line with GDPR requirements and respond to requests made under the same.Ensure the delivery of an effective, efficient, and professional HR service.Ensure HR processes are applied and adhered to consistently and fairly.Maintain an openness to feedback on your own performance and a commitment to implementing agreed performance/behavioural changes.Perform any other duties that are assigned to you by your manager and for which you have been provided with reasonable knowledge and training in respect of such responsibilities.Requirements:5+ years previous relevant experience.Degree or 3rd level qualification (Business, Human Resources).CIPD Qualification, desirable.Strong communication and relationship building skills.Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.Strong IT skills – MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.If this sounds like a role you would be interested in, please email your CV to ******.
