Hr Generalist

HR Generalist My client is based in Navan Co. Meath and seeking a HR Generalist to join their growing team.
This is a very hands on HR role and will suit someone with manufacturing industry experience and preferably exposure to Workday.
This is a fully onsite position reporting into Head of HR.
Responsibilities: Manage and support full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, new starter packs and contracts administration and leave processes.
Implementation of HR policies and procedures, regular reviewal and maintenance.
Monitor and analysing of HR metrics including headcount, absence, turnover, working time directive, ESG reporting requirements and others identified for compliance.
Maintenance of Workday system.
Management of employee leave entitlements.
Support management with HR related issues and grievances and disciplinaries.
Conduct employee engagement surveys and support Head of HR with new initiatives across the organisation.
Requirements: 3 years experience in HR related role, at Senior HR Administrator or Generalist level.
Proficiency in MS Office packages and HRIS systems.
Ideally experience in a similar industry.
CIPD Qualification or other relative qualifications.
