Our luxurious hotel consists of 90 guest rooms and 3 self-catering lodges with their own unique story and style which provide the perfect setting for weddings and all sorts of special events.
The Brasserie and The Fairways Restaurant serve an array of delicious food in a relaxing environment which boasts panoramic views across our golf course, the Blessington Lakes and Wicklow Mountains.
All our food is sourced locally from our Irish farmers, cheese mongers and suppliers.
We're also causing quite the stir with our fine selection of beers and cocktails!
Located just 45 minutes from Dublin City and 25 minutes from the M50, the hotel is easily accessible. The Role Tulfarris Hotel & Golf Resort is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to plan, implement and evaluate HR policies, processes and practices at the Resort.
Reporting into the General Manager at the hotel the ideal candidate will lead the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and ensure it feeds into the properties strategic goals.
Responsibilities: Lead by example in fostering a respectful culture and positive working environment within the hotel.
As a member of the senior management team within the hotel support the General Manager in achieving overall business goals.
Plan and manage the recruitment, welcoming and orientation of new team members.
Plan and manage the learning and development plan for the team.
Work with heads of department and the General Manager to manage team performance.
Support heads of department and the General Manager with rostering.
Assist the accounts team in managing payroll and benefits for employees.
To ensure all health and safety procedures are in place.
Qualifications: CIPD qualified or HR related Bachelor's degree.
5+ years' experience in Human Resources, preferably within a hotel.
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
Demonstrated expertise in team development and managing team performance.
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills.
Attention to detail, good judgement and an empathetic manner.
