HRIS Specialist – 2 Year FTC – Dublin City Seeking a HRIS Specialist to join an Entertainment Organisation on a 2 Year FTC contract, based in Dublin City.
Responsibilities: Monthly management of company headcount reportingEnsure records are kept up to date on HR systemsRegular system audits and follow through to ensure data compliance to HR processesEnsuring data managed within our different HR systems is consistent with the payroll systems dataProvide support, troubleshooting and guidance to all employees for HR systemsManage permissions, access and other requests for HR service users of HR systemsProvide training on HR systems as required within the HR team and the wider businessCustomise and provide HR reports as required from the HR systemsCollaborate and manage HR process improvements focused on optimisation of HR processes, process improvements, enhancing metrics/dashboards, automation and digitising experiencesServe as a subject matter expert on HR systemsProvide regular reports and metrics on team activity and trendsRequirements: Highly developed working knowledge of HR systems, together with strong PC skills, including core Microsoft packages such as MS Excel (advanced) and MS Word.Strong reporting skills are required to track activity and produce and assess metrics and trendsPrevious HR Experience as HRIS SpecialistSelf-motivated, highly organised and flexibleAccuracy and attention to detailExcellent communication skillsSome experience in HR System Implementation experience
