About The Role Key Responsibilities: Manage recruitment activities such as CV screening, interviewing, and coordinating communications with candidates.
Generate and manage employee contracts and documentation with high accuracy and efficiency.
Support the onboarding process for new hires and ensure compliance with training requirements.
Oversee the Garda Vetting process and assist with accommodation and visa applications for employees.
Handle day-to-day HR queries and provide administrative support for various HR projects.
Ideal Candidate: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Robust administration skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
Previous experience in HR or a related field.
