Responsibilities:Resourcing, recruiting and selection of suitably qualified personnel at all levels.Offer advice and counsel in all areas of performance management, problem resolutions and best practice processes.Involvement in ER issues such as carrying out investigations, grievance, bullying and harassment.Maintain employee personnel records and of the HR system (entering absence information, new hires, leavers, payroll changes, coding etc.)Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits or company policies.Assist in the organisation of company events.Produce Weekly, Monthly and ad-hoc Management reports.Payroll processing, benefits administration, and other employee-related activities in collaboration with the Finance Team.Negotiate competitive service agreements with all key resourcing partners.Produce accurate and professional correspondence, policy documents etc. as required.Ensure HR administration and systems are maintained up to date in a timely and accurate manner.Monitor employee morale and company culture.Any other reasonable duties as assigned by Management.Profile:Understanding of employment regulations.Understanding of personnel and compliance records management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.Strong IT Skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality.Self-motivated to question and query anomalies and the initiative to improve the process and workflow.3 - 5 years' experience in a similar field.Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
