Insurance Service Manager

Job Responsibilities: To plan and implement an effective product development strategy for the Bank & Services to increase new business from new and existing dealers.Help identify new business opportunities, including possible growth areas, emerging markets, and useful trends.Acquire, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to generate profitable business, ensuring that agreed service levels are met.Achieve Key Performance Indicators as agreed in Objectives.Pricing & budgeting of financial & insurance products to ensure in line with company objectives.Deployment of the Company products & services to their retailer network.Requirements: Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate credibly with internal & external stakeholders.Highly organized with effective time management skills.The successful candidate will be analytical with an ability to absorb and interpret data to draw strong conclusions and recommended actions.Management, planning and organisational skills.Minimum competency qualification for selling of financial & insurance products and understanding of the regulatory environment around the insurance products.Have excellent data manipulation skills and presentation skills i.e. Excel, Microsoft office skills.About the Job: Contract Type: FULL_TIME
