Working directly with the Head of Culture & Change (HR), the successful candidate will excite, inform and engage our colleagues with more specific responsibilities below: Execute our internal communications strategy leveraging the latest communications technology and social channels Own and coordinate a busy schedule of campaigns and channels across the business.
Campaign support and advice where required Build relationships and work closely with a number of key stakeholders to understand business priorities and inform communications approach Manage communications channels and develop high quality, compelling and engaging content for our colleagues.
Some of which to include weekly firmwide newsletter, intranet site, quarterly department briefing updates, colleague videos, Managing Partner communications and events Work cross-functionally across teams: you will work in close partnership with our Managing Partners office and our People Function to execute communication initiatives from concept to delivery Develop video concepts from storyboard stage through to final sign off Work with our creative team to develop assets for various campaigns Analyse and report on engagement data and analytics to interpret and inform communications decisions Support in executing the employee engagement and internal communication plan for our new headquarters project Skills and experience required: 3-5 years' experience in a communications role, ideally internal communication for a large or medium organisation Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline Excellent writing and proofreading skills are essential.
Proven experience writing and tailoring content for specific audiences that demonstrates a deep understanding of messaging, positioning and stakeholder needs Experience creating compelling content and campaigns across a variety of channels and tools (including town halls, announcements, newsletters, video messages, etc) Strong stakeholder management with the ability to manage multiple priorities A self starter who is used to working from own initiative and at pace / to deadlines A natural storyteller with strong influencing and engagement skills who can build credibility and trust Skilled in PowerPoint, other digital/design/communications software desirable (Poppulo highly desirable) but not essential Inclusion & Diversity Inclusion, diversity, and equity are part of who we are at KPMG.
