Interview Coordinator / Recruiter - Grade IV At the Mater Hopsital we don't just take great care of our patients - we look after each other too.

The Recruiter will be responsible for the delivery of all recruitment activities to a number of Directorates and/or Departments as assigned within the Mater Misericordiae University Hospital.
They will ensure full adherence to the Hospital Recruitment Policies and Procedures and participate in all Recruitment Processes.

Our work includes the advertising and filling of vacancies within the Hospital.
We also advise department heads on the recruitment process and facilitate the appointment of staff through appropriate advertising and interviewing methods.
In addition, we offer advice and information to candidates, both internal and external.
The areas of recruitment that our department covers are as follows: Nursing, Healthcare Assistants, Administration, Clerical, Management, Professions Allied to Medicine (HSCPs, Pharmacy, Pathology etc.) & Support Staff.
