Your tasks and responsibilities:
Provide IT technical support for applications under your responsibility. Manage resolution and feedback during priority incidents.
Provide full implementation support across complex projects and issues through requirement engineering, documentation, testing, training, go live planning, on-going support & issue resolution.
Identify, source and implement required applications by aligning with global application or by developing an application yourself or using an external IT partner to meet the needs of the business.
Manage operative demands and service requests according to IT Governance strategy and regulations while aligning with Lean, 6 Sigma and A3 Problem Solving Principles.
Ensure all IT systems within your responsibility are compliance with internal and external policies, including IT, quality, information security, legal, and data privacy regulations.
Be a key part of the IT team in the support and management of IT Projects and key IT suppliers.
You will provide technical consulting and project management for IT applications, translating business requirements into technical specifications. Overseeing the rollout and change processes while being a member of several project teams working with Engineering, Finance, Q.A., Production, Continuous Improvement departments.

Your qualifications and experience:
Minimum of 3rd level degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
An excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform & SharePoint solutions (SharePoint, PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate, Nintex, InfoPath) is a requirement.
Knowledge of IT Applications, databases, Windows OS (servers and client) and hands-on programming/coding experience.
Excellent communications skills - written and verbal skills are required.
Your attributes and skills:
Must be a self-starter with excellent organizational skills, with ability to follow assignment through to completion with minimal guidance.
Aptitude for systems level thinking, including development of standard operating procedures.
Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment with a core appreciation of FDA regulations is a distinct advantage.
Experience of working in a multi-national cross-site environment is a distinct advantage.
Experience in working and managing supplier is a distinct advantage.
Experience in Project Management is a distinct advantage.
