The role requires a candidate with experience in acting as the owner of Microsoft 365 products at large and expanding organisations.
An organised and systematic approach to work is a must, as well as experience with MS Teams and SharePoint.Key Responsibilities.M365 landscape management: Provide support for the M365 landscape, including SharePoint, Outlook and Teams.
Keep an eye on the Microsoft 365 roadmap to spot upcoming changes that could benefit the organization.Onboarding process support: Establish, support, and automate the joiner, mover, leaver process for IT.Application integration: Facilitate the integration of applications into the M365 landscape, including supporting SSO and authenticator.Incident management: Respond promptly to incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolutions in line with our Service Level Agreements.Process improvement: Examine existing business processes within the IT team and continuously improve them based on experience and user feedback.Technical ownership of M365: Serve as a technical escalation point for other technology teams, offering your expertise when needed.Reporting: Build basic Power BI dashboards to report on the joiner, mover, leaver process, demonstrating ongoing improvement.AAD management: Manage Azure Active Directory (AAD) groups for different user types, ensuring appropriate access and compliance with security policies.QualificationsEssential Skills & Experience 5+ years' experience delivering IT Support.Proficient in integrating third-party applications using Microsoft Graph API.Experienced with M365, including, SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams.Experienced with PowerShell and Azure Active Directory (AAD).Experienced with process automation and improvement.Experienced configuring Microsoft Enterprise SSO for third party applications.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical skills.Desirable Skills & Experience Background in consulting, specifically in Infrastructure and rail projects.Basic Power BI skills to develop reporting dashboards.Additional InformationOur colleagues share our vision and mission.
