We are currently looking for an IT Support professional to join our Central IT Team, based in Ardee.

This is a very well rounded IT role, with lots of exposure to all aspects of IT.
As a member of the IT Support Helpdesk, your duties and tasks will include : Providing support to office users on day to day issues such as printer issues, passwords, Microsoft office applications, emails, software etc.
Picking up calls and passing on messages to other team members.
Working with our IT Ticketing system Jira Service Management, answering and resolving tickets within a timely manner.
Fixing any incorrect orders as and when they come up.
Amending any scanning issues within our Coldstores.
Assisting our local IT Teams on site with production hardware and our inhouse software, figuring out various errors that occur and finding solutions.
Managing label designs used in the production environment.
Regular communication with team on ongoing projects & tasks, delegating, preparing for any changes being done by the Support, Infrastructure, or Development Teams.
Attending IT calls to be aware of projects and ongoing issues.
Occasionally travelling to sites to provide IT cover for someone out sick or on holidays, or to learn about the processes/ work on new projects.
Ensuring services and servers are running.
Setting up devices for users, laptops, tablets, desk, and mobile phones for new joiners.
Escalating any urgent issues should they come Tracing and identifying the issue and fixing it in a timely manner.
Key Requirements: T hird level degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline is desired 1-2 years' experience in a similar role High level of technical ability and understanding of IT Systems Ability to coordinate feedback and manage project requirements Understanding the need to identify and implement practical applications as requested by wider team Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken Ability to build and maintain relationships Excellent organisational and time management skills Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team Valid clean driving license Flexible and willing to travel Are You Interested?
