JOB SPECIFICATION Key Responsibilities: Deliver technical support to the business from within a service desk environment.Provide support for Windows and ERP software.Offer hardware support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.Ensure compliance with corporate security policies.Provide technical assistance and problem resolution to internal customers via phone, email, and web.Diagnose and resolve issues reported by internal customers.Occasional travel throughout Ireland may be required.Perform any other duties as reasonably assigned by management that align with your skills and capabilities.Please note that the above list is not intended to capture every detail of your role but the main areas of responsibility.
