Job Title: IT Support Technician Location: Base location, Stamullen, Co. Job Objectives: We are looking for a proactive and dynamic IT Support Technician to join our team and help maintain the functionality and integrity of our digital systems, ensuring a seamless experience for all end-users.
The IT Support Technician is responsible for providing Technical assistance and overall support related to the Talbot Group's computer systems and software.
This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues and a customer-focused mindset.
Principal Duties: Under the direction of the Management Information and Systems Manager, the post holder will be responsible for the following: Provide End User Technical Helpdesk Support for Talbot Group Systems Assisting with the maintenance and configuration of Talbot Group Systems Supporting the role out of new technology and system upgrades Monitoring and auditing the quality and accuracy of digital information and records Creating and updating reports and KPI documentation Provide Staff training   Essential Experience 1-3 years of experience in IT support, technical troubleshooting, or a similar role.
BA level Degree in IT or Computer Science or a similar qualification.
Advanced MS Office knowledge, particularly MS Excel required.
Experience of data analysis and Power BI an advantage.
