Job Description: Onsite Web Content Administrator

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organised and creative part time Webshop Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, creating, and maintaining website content to ensure an engaging and user-friendly experience.
You will utilise tools such as Canva and Photoshop to create visually compelling graphics and ensure all content is aligned with our brand's voice and standards.
Attention to detail and strong communication skills in English are essential for this role.
Weekly hours expected to be 22.5-37.5 per week and no weekends.
Please note that this is NOT a remote role and you will be required to work onsite in our Web Head Office in Roscommon Key Responsibilities: Content Management: Upload, update, and maintain website content, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia elements.
Collaborate with teams to gather and refine content requirements.
Ensure website content is consistent, accurate, and optimised for SEO.
Graphic Design and Visual Content Creation: Use Canva and Photoshop to create custom graphics, banners, and other visual assets for the website.
Edit and enhance images for use on the website and other digital platforms.
Ensure visual consistency with branding guidelines.
Collaboration and Communication: Work with marketing, design, and development teams to align web content with campaigns and projects.
Act as A point of contact for website content updates and requests.
Qualifications and Skills: Experience: Proven experience in web content administration or a related role.
Hands-on experience with Canva and Photoshop for content creation and editing.
Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) is a plus.
Skills: Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with excellent grammar and proofreading skills.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all content.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
